Created by Ali Caravella: executive, life, and performance coach, business advisor, tennis competitor, and lifelong student of the game.
After nearly two decades helping corporate leaders build confidence, resilience, communication, and self-awareness, Ali noticed the same lessons appearing on tennis courts everywhere. The Inner Court was created to bring those insights together in a way that is practical, approachable, and fun.
